My shipping order number: ZC35579855799. For the past 3 days my shipment stuck at AMS Express arrival processing center, Magdeburg. Can you please let me know what is this status about and when can I expect my parcel?

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
