Hi, Shipment number RY086544231GB is stuck at customs, its a faulty item return. Can you advise why it has not moved since 22nd October?

My packages have been stuck in customs at Guangzhou since January 15th. They are return for refund items to a company called Damensein. How can I get these packages released?

They are stuck at the customs in Guangzhou. You need to contact the seller to ask if they have received some notice about how to get them.

It's stuck at Guangzhou customs since October 22. You'd better let the recipient in China call China Post service number 11185 to ask how to get it.
