I'm having the same problem. My package has been stuck now for 12 days with no updates on the tracking. It hasn't even left China yet. Hopefully someone will be able to give us some answers.

Hi Mandy,

Airline departs on May 31. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
