Parcel stuck in airport for 13 days

Hi there, my parcel arrived in the UK but it’s stuck in the airport (I cannot even see which airport). It said arrived on 31st October and processed for clearance on 4tg November. Royal Mail haven’t received the parcel yet and I supposed to received it within 8th November. Can you please tell me what is going on with my parcel?This delay is ridiculous

Hi my package has been telling me that is his Departed the piarco international Airport but when I call the post Office they're saying it's still in the US it's been 3 days past the delivery date and I haven't got any update
It should be the airport of the country in the middle locations. I suggest you wait for more days to get update. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly.
