My Parcel been stuck in China. Last tracking on 13 April 2020. Then no more tracking update. Where is my item actually?

Hello my parcel has been stuck in the same status - Cleared and awaiting international departure GUANGZHOU (CN), CHINA since the 27/08/2021. Could you please let me know if the parcel is lost or if there is a delay. Normally it only takes 4-7 days to receive a delivery from China so I’m a bit concerned.
