My return parcel has been stuck in customs since September 8, 2025
I need to submit customs declaration materials or go through return procedures?
I don't know what declaration materials I need and who do I submit this to?

Hi wendy,

Are you the receiver or the sender? If you are the sender, you need to contact the receiver in China to help you submit. He should have received the notice from the customs. If no, let him contact the customs to check.
