Hi, my package has been stuck on "received by the carrier" for 14 days now. I am having the updates very late, as I had the "received by the carrier - 10 Feb 12:41" update on Feb 22nd. It is normal? Can you check where is my package at the moment?
It supposed to be coming from China to Turkey. I offered it off DHGate with the number:
