It should be stuck at the customs. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to check it for you in time.

I have the same tracking number, and it's been such since March 30th. Out of curiosity when did you order your parcel?

March 30 my parcel arrived in Toronto. It has not moved from there. Is it ever going to get to Alberta?
