Hi, my package RG002673027CN has been stuck on Arrived at destination for more than 20 days now... when should I expect it to arrive to my country? It's already been almost 50 days since shipped by the seller.

Hi Ley,

It hasn't arrived in Argentina now. I suggest you wait for another 15 days to see. If it still couldn't be reached, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Could I please get an update on my parcel tracking number: EA570935763CN. It has been "arrived at destination/waypoint/arrived in port" since 24th May 2022. Its arrival destination to me is the UK. All help is greatly appreciated, as it has been over 60 days since shipment on express postage. My concern is that it is stuck somewhere maybe? Maybe customs?
