Hello, the tracking info for my parcel has been stuck with Langley for over a week now. Is this UK customs? When can I expect my item from here?

My tracking number this UU 271608165CN I ordered this item on the 20th of September of last year and still haven’t received my order I have emailed another number of occasions to the sender and they don’t get back I like to know what’s going on with my order thank you

I think it’s disgusting that I still haven’t received my order since a year ago and there’s nothing I can do because the seller is not getting back to me mind tracking number UU271608165CN you don’t even have the decency to let me know what’s going on I will takeactions if I don’t get no comebacks on this it’s arrived at Langley Centre since October of last year so why have I waiting so long

It has been 38 days since I ordered this item. I wanted it for a friend's wedding, which has gone already. So I had to purchase yet another outfit. It had been stuck in langley Since 25th June. I've emailed them dozens of times but I haven't had a single response. I want a refund because this service is absolutely ridiculous!
