My parcel is stuck on Langley arrive at destination for a day now and hasn’t arrived on Royal Mail as being in uk so what is Langley is it customs or what is it and when can I expect my package my tracking number is LV768604216CN

The Langley HWDC is a sorting and distribution facility operated by Royal Mail. The centre is located close to Heathrow Airport. You'd better wait for more days for Royal Mail to deliver it to you.
