Parcel trapped in customs

I sent a parcel through Parcelforce, ED005099347GB. It seems to be stuck in customs. I contacted Parcelforce but they say they can do nothing. I don't know how to contact customs. I'm told by the receipient that customs need a telephone number. I don't know what number they need. My telephone numbers are 0044 7735442487 and 0044 2820742522. The receipient's, Vincent Bach Musical, is 1872223667.

It needs the receipient in China to submit declaration materials to customs. The recipient need to call 022-24217528 to check what to do.

On October 19, I sent a package to Shenzhen. November 10, 2022 My parcel was sent by mail for customs clearance at Shenzhen customs. For 48 days now, customs clearance has been going on. The status of the parcel does not change. The addressee of the parcel in Shenzhen claims that he did not receive any messages. What can be done to deliver the parcel to the addressee?

Hello,
I am sending a parcel to China with shipment number CY286806193DE, and the parcel is in customs for the last 3 months.
I understand the customs declaration materials should be submitted. But the customs declaration forms stating the details you mentioned in the last answer (importer details, goods description, value...) is attached on the surface of the parcel in an envelope.
The DHL asked us - the sender - to provide these details when we sent the parcel.
Could you please check the parcel again and see the documents attached.
Is there any other problem with the package?
