My parcel was sent by Parcelforce, ED005099347GB. It is now stuck in Tianjin Customs. Aliexpress says "missing recipient contact information (specifically, the mobile phone number) on the shipping label and incomplete order details." How do I inform customs about these details?

You need to let the receiver in China to call 022-24217528 to contact the customs to provide declaration materials.

Hello,
I am sending a parcel to China with shipment number CY286806193DE, and the parcel is in customs for the last 3 months.
I understand the customs declaration materials should be submitted. But the customs declaration forms stating the details you mentioned in the last answer (importer details, goods description, value...) is attached on the surface of the parcel in an envelope.
The DHL asked us - the sender - to provide these details when we sent the parcel.
Could you please check the parcel again and see the documents attached.
Is there any other problem with the package?
