I returned boots that I purchased from a company called RollyChic. on 3/31/2020. According to the tracking information found, you have this package and it is currently being held in customs. Please advise me of the date and method that you notified Rolly Chic that this item is here for them.

It's still retained by the customs now. It takes about 7-30 days for it to be released if there is no problem for it. You'd better wait for more days to see.
