Please advise what to do with my parcel

Hi, my parcel from UK to China was held at Customs due to incorrect documents according to the tracking website. Please could anyone advise what should I do now? Thank you in advance!

Hi Vivian Tan,

You'd better let the receiver in China contact the customs to return it back or provide the correct documents in order to let it released.
