When do you think my parcel will be in Vancouver?

LX131553727CN My parcel has been stuck in Fuzhou since May 11, pls advise when it will be sent to Canada. My supplier is not answering my emails.........I'm going to lose lots
of $$$$. Not happy.

It's still stuck in fuzhou now. I suggest you contact the seller to give you a solution or open a dispute to get refund as soon as possible.

Hi kathleen addison,

If you couldn't receive it to the end of August, there is few hope for you to receive it.

I suggest you contact your bank and ask for a charge back if the seller doesn't reply you.

LX131553727CN Please advise what "time out" in China Post Language means. Is my
parcel still proceeding towards Canada? It says to contact my carrier, well that would be you China Post...so where is my parcel? The sellers won't answer emails, I am beyond upset and out lots of money. Please when can I expect my parcel?????Its been in your system since May 11th.

LX131553727CN Please respond to my question. Is there a chance the parcel that has been stuck since May 11th might still be delivered to Canada? If that happens and I have gone to the bank to cancel the payment and the parcel arrived I would have to send it back to the sender. I just want to know my chances. Please please advise

Hi kathleen addison,

If the package couldn't be devliered in 75 days, it's thought to be expired in tracking system automatically. This is because most of the packages could be delivered in 75 days in normal. You still could receive it althought it's expired in tracking.

We are only a tracking platform for packages. We couldn't deal with problem for you. You need to contact the seller or China Post (Call 86 10 11183 Chinese language) directly to get solution about the package.

LX131553727CN The tracking has expired on my parcel, if my parcel does get to Canada will I be able to track it through Canada Post or is the tracking number totally void?

There will be update in Canada Post tracking system when it arrived in Canada.
