Please help me. I don't know where my parcel is....

Hi. I've got a parcel coming from China and it's at COMMENWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA AUAUSYDA while a month. The tracking number is LZ194505728CN.
I contacted with Australia post, but they said, Item was supposed to arrive for clearance on the 1st August, but hasn't been handed over to us yet. And they said, I should follow up with China Post.
I'd like to receive my parcel asap. Could you help me? Thanks

Hi kss10ssk,

It's stll waiting the clearance now. We couldn't solve the problem for you. You'd better try to contact the customs of Sydney to check it.

Apparently it is stuck in China cause i have to send a paper form, like the bill of the item. I can do it and I can also pay the taxes if needed but I dont know to who.. I dont have any contact. Could you help me please?
