Please I need help with the status of my order and nobody answers me

I've ordered some clothes from shein and I havent seen any updates for almost two weeks, this is my tracking number: EB756972726CN, can someone tell me how much longer do I have to wait for my package to leave China? because this never happened when shein worked with DHL.
This is the last updatre that i saw on november 27: Guangzhou City, leaving the Guangzhou International Mail Processing Center, the next stop of the Guangzhou International Mail Exchange Station.

Waiting for answers for 2 questions. Checked to see if there were answers and found both question were removed without being answers. I think it should be known that this is a terrible operation and should never order from them or any business associated with them. When they don't have an answer they just discard the question.
