I did ask my country's post to check my parcel, and they told me the parcel was received at China post on 27th July 2018 and was never send out. So please check because it shows that the parcel is still at China post. RX745201514CN

It's already in your country since August 4. As it has been over five months, you'd better contact the sender to give you a solution. It should have been lost.

It left China on Dec. 5 and there is no further update to show it arrives in Czech. You'd better contact Czech Post to check it.
