I ordered a power pack from This company under the name iceburgging - I was sent a cheap gold ring. Have opened a complaint to PayPal. Don’t understand why they have not shut this company down yet.

I also ordered two items from this same company with same address details as above. I was given a tracking number for each order and was told that they had been shipped. One order was for 2 x Patio parasols ($73.98) and the other for 2 x Patio chairs ($46.98). Today I received 2 seperate packages, each containing a cheap ring in a ring box, against the tracking numbers given to me for my ordered items. This is an obvious scam and the seller is supposedly satisfying the proof of delivery of the relevant transaction numbers but not sending the correct ordered goods paid for. Hopefully, Paypal will get the company to refund the fraudulent transactions and make a note of their details to avoid others falling into the same trap. Needless to say, I will be using all means possible via the net and social media to bring this to the attention of any other would be buyers whenever I see their adverts for goods again.

In the same position as all of you. Received a fake gold ring today claiming to be worth $120. Im suspecting it has to do with a Patio Umbrella I ordered a month ago. Just raised a dispute with Paypal.

I received the same return address on 2 packages of masks versus a 6x10 floating water mat from "Costway." Figured it would be cheap quality if anything. Got a scam email back that had poor grammar and English spelling when asked about the shipment date. Su Qing means "eliminate" in English and is also the name of some actress in China.
I left the package outside and washed my hands immediately. Once I investigate and determine I don't need the package for refund(if possible) they will be going in the garbage!

I placed an order for a Cuisanart foldable grill stand through PayPal on the website norem.com. Gave me a tracking number and when it finally arrived it was 10 disposable masks that say KN95. I was charged over $100, sent emails to the seller, the website, and filed a dispute with PayPal. No response for several days now. I saw one person said PayPal refunded them, I am hoping for the same. Anybody else get their money back?

I have also received one of these ring,, it seems they are shipping them to people that have ordered something else, and people are not getting the goods ordered, only this ring, its a scam

Then I received this ring, and guess what the same Tracking reference, so If youve ordered something from a social media site, im afraid youve been scammed. I also paid via paypal, and they are in the proceeds of sorting it out. Hope this helps.

I was offered a part refund from the seller. Just less than half what I paid. Strange that he could answer PayPal but ignore my emails. I have declined his offer.
