For documents 1 kg, A4 format， you need to use China Post small packet service. It needs about CNY 160 for it to Russia by air.
For 5 kg clothes, you need to use China Post international large package service. It need about CNY 400 by air. CNY 320 by SAL.

The price is just for your reference. I got it online and not sure if it's correct. You'd better go to the nearest large post office to ask the price.
