I have received a pair of Ray Bans (fake) I did not order from:
Chen Long, 240 Huqingping Road, Shanghai 201100
The packaging has my address and mobile phone number on it and I am worried it will cost me money. Can you help?

I have just had a parcel containing 3 jigsaw puzzles delivered, and they are all the same puzzle. Not only that but they are not the ones that I ordered. The ones I ordered were the weaving shed,the sewing shed and the potting shed.could you please tell me how we can rectify this mix up.

Have just received the ray bans from the same sender. Seems to be linked to a big scam on Facebook, mostly by buying Clark’s through an ad that pops up, so need to check that.

I am so angry. I ordered a beautiful mad hatters and sewing gigsaw puzzle. The most ugly puzzle has arrived, so expect the same ugly puzzle or another is still coming. I will never order anything from this company again. And the These Chinese con artists give honest businesses a bad name.

I have also received a pair of fake ray bans sunglasses. Have checked my bank account and nothing has come out that I don't recognise but my daughter has come across a scam called "brushing". This is where they get your details from a company you have used before and send you a random item, they then set up a fake review in your name to boast to how wonderful they are. This allows them to use fake customer orders to fool people into thinking they are selling loads of items. Its all a scam.

I have the same problem a poor quality pair of Rayban sun glasses delivered to me from the same company and address in Shanghai. Guess I will check my credit card as there is no way I ordered them or will pay for them.

I bought shoe boxes off these scammers Chen Long. Arrived today and absolute rubbish, fake, cheap and useless

I ordered from an advertisement on the internet a smokeless barbecue and am very angry and disgusted after waiting 2 months what can only be called a piece of plastic. This is very unethical to take people’s money for a hat is obviously a scam.
Everybody should be aware of CHEN LONG and do not deal with these bad people.

I received a pair of knockoff Chaco women’s sandals! The quality is sub par: leather on straps is so thin and not like leather as Chaco is great quality. The are a very odd shape that does not fit my foot at all. The straps are long and cannot be made to fit! The buckle is a cheap version, too! I feel this is a terrible representation of the fine Chaco shoes! Shame on this being a horrible scam! I want to be reimbursed for this purchase!

What a rip-off. Ordered 4 different jigsaw puzzles - 4 of the same one arrived. Packaging damaged, cheap and nasty quality. Lesson learned : it’s a scam.

Hi Sbower1063,

You need to contact the sender to ask for the address and phone number to return it back. If you couldn't contact him, you can't return it back. I suggest you keep it if you are not charged. It may be s brushing scam sent by sellers in China to boost the seller's ratings by creating fake orders. They usually ship an inexpensive product to an unwitting receiver and then submitting positive reviews on the product.

I ordered a xbox1 for my sons birthday from kw32 Chris Chen for 260 dollars they took my money the same day and I was supposed to recieve my package in 4-7 business days. I recieved a plastic iPhone case 15 days later and now I dont know how to get my money back.

Hi there,
I hope you can help me. I ordered something from Aliexpress on 20th April, and apparently it was handed over to the airline on 23rd April. It's 25th May and when I track it, it appears as it was in Singapore and now its location is "UNKNOWN".
