hi I have a parcel that has been in China for about 16 days I would like to know the reason for this inconvenience, and I would like to know where my package is now: LV251577835CN and LV254647819CN help me pls

Hi Nisso,

They were handed over to the carrier transport on September 9 and September 14 seperately and take about 20-60 days to have update showing they arrive in Italy after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi, I want to know what happens with my packet. The seller had send me the tracking number on 9 February, which is LL996490413CN. However there is no information at all for its movement. I contacted the seller and he said that there is a problem with coronavirus as the post office told him. Please, I'd like to know if parcels are really stuck in China and have not shipped yet.
