got a wrong packet

Dear customer service,
today I've received a wrong packet (a hat) at my home in Barcelona/Spain. My direction is correct but I never ordered a hat.
The delivery confirmation is LZ009252810CN.
Lately I've bought a bagpack (kanken) and a shoes (all stars), maybe one of them is coming from the same seller. Never bought this hat so I would like to send it back (i've not oppened the inner bag).
Let me know how to fix the problem.

Hi BertaC,

If you don't know the address to return back and phone number of recipient, you couldn't return it back. You need to contact the seller to ask if they sent it wrongly for you and give you a solution.
