Question about my parcel

Hello. I tracked my package. I am in North Carolina. My package is currently in Chicago and it still say arrived destination. Does that mean my package was sent to the wrong address?

Hi Vy Nguyen,

When package arrives in the US, it will be first landed in Chicago, then transit to your city from there. You need to wait for more days to receive it.
