Hi my package says Guangzhou, planned flight, scheduled flight number CZ305, scheduled departure time 03:00
2020-03-22 00:25, it is now wednesday the 8th of april and no trackers can find it and it's not saying it's in nz yet?

Receiving other packages without any trouble to this address.
Company purchased from asking me to follow up and find package prior to considering refund.
