Receiver address unclear (tracking No: CP361846565CN)

After sending the mail, we found that recipient`s address was incomplete, only the district name and phone number, but street name and house Number were omitted.
what should we do?

Hi Roger Chen,

If so, the delivery will be failed when it's delivered. You need to let the recipient in Australia contact Australia Post to ask if he could add the street nake and house number in order to receive it.
