No Update 6 weeks, Correct Address

Hello,
I shipped a package to a company within China from the US and the tracking status has not changed since April 20th, 2020 and the company has not received the package. Tracking number is: ua103955115US

My receiver told me to tell you the correct address in case it was unclear on the package The address is:
Katherine Tsai, Suzhou ZWO Co., Ltd.
Room 6012#, HanJia Buiding, DongPing Street 282#, SuZhou Industrial Park, JiangSu Province, China, ZIP CODE:215123

Can you please let me know if the package is lost or able to be returned?

We couldn't change the address for you. It's stuck in Beijing now. The receiver needs to contact China Post directly to change the address. Call China Post service number 11183.
