Hi. My tracking number is RC821724823SG .In the tracking stated the item have been signed for but the recipient said he did not received it at all.Who signed for it and where did the delivery man sent too???

Hi Andri,

Tracking information shows LIU WEN signed for it. The delivery man may placed it somewhere near the recipient and sent him a message to pick it up. You'd better let the recipient call the delivery man's phone number 18566638459 to ask.
