My tracking number is AS833496961CN, it stated my package has been delivered but i did not received. I have checked everywhere. May i know which courier service handling China Post package from China to Malaysia?

Can I have the name of the Malaysian Post courier services. Is it Pos Malaysia Berhad?
I cannot go to them and asked as i don’t have local tracking number. China Post have to provide me the local courier tracking number so i can check with them. It has been more than month and i have not received anything.
I hope you understand my frustration as i have check anywhere i can let it be China Post website, Malaysian Post customer services. No one able to help me. I cannot even reach China Post customer services.

Malaysia Post delivered it to you after it arrives in Malaysia. If you don't get it, you need to ask for the new tracking number in your country from the seller. Then, use the number to check with Malaysia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
