It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

                                        June 17th I ordered above ground automatic assuming pool vacuum it was a round one yesterday I received a little blue towel in my I do not have a way of emailing this company or getting a hold of them can you help me out I need to send this towel back to them so I can get a refund on my money because this is not what I ordered and I waited since June 17th to receive a towel I'm very disappointed and very upset.

You need to contact the seller to ask if they accept the return. If they agree, they will provide you their address for you to return. They will refund you when they receive it.
