Registered Mail from Singapore appears to be stuck

Dear Sir; I have a registered mail from Singapore with the following tracking number.
RC794001165SG
It was supposed to reach Wuxi but it appears to be stuck at the Postal Sorting Center in Shanghai for International Mails for days and that was after the mail went round to Zhejiang and back to Shanghai. I am still waiting for this to come to Wuxi.
