Where is my delivery from Singapore to Fujian Putian?

I have a registered mail sent from singpost on 31 Mar and cleared at Guangzhou on 2 Apr. Until now the recipient (my relative) has not received yet. She went to check with local post office and was told that the mail was sent from Guangzhou to Fuzhou then back to Guangzhou again but do not know the reason. Can assist to find out and advise? Thanks

Hi Ms Goh,

Tracking information shows it's not sent to Fuzhou after it was in Guangzhou. It's stuck in Guangzhou since April 2. You'd better let the recipient call China Post service number 11183 to ask how to get it.
