Request for Assistance Regarding Lost Personal Package
Dear China Post Customer Service,
Thank you for your reply. However, I believe there has been a misunderstanding.
The item in question was not an order or a purchase from a seller, but rather my own personal belongings that I sent to myself when I was living in China. Therefore, there is no seller or platform involved.
Since the parcel has been lost, I kindly request that you either locate and deliver it to me or provide appropriate compensation for the loss.

CP401674027CN couldn't be tracked after it arrives in Egypt. It's already in Egypt on June 30. If it's not delivered, it should be delivered i Egypt. You'd better also contact Egypt Post to check it for you.
