Request to Update Receiver Contact Number for EMS Shipment

|

Dear China Post Team,

regarding shipment tracking number CY734171578DE, we were informed by the recipient that this shipment is handled by EMS and not DHL.

Currently, the contact number linked to the shipment is incorrect and does not belong to the recipient. Because of this, the recipient is unable to use the EMS App for the import declaration process.

Could you please contact EMS and request the receiver’s contact number to be updated to the following mobile number:

+86 13816516111

Thank you very much for your support and assistance.

Best regards,
Jacqueline Möller

Request for Verification of International Shipment (Tracking No. ZA00240027501) (1 reply)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request verification of a shipment that was declared as originating from China and shipped via ePacket. The shipment details are as follows:

Tracking Number: ZA00240027501

Sender: Christina Wong

Address: No. 3 Qunhua West Road, Jinjiang City, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, 362235, China

Recipient: Natalia Zavorotniuk

Destination: Działdowo, Poland

Declared Item: E-Bike

Declared Value: $845 USD

Weight: 42 kg

Attached are the shipping label and commercial invoice for your reference.

Due to the unusually low-cost shipping method (ePacket) used for a large and heavy item like an electric bike, I have concerns regarding the authenticity of the shipment and documents. I kindly request that you confirm whether this shipment has been registered with China Post and cleared by China Customs, and whether the sender and shipment data appear to be legitimate.

Thank you very much for your assistance. I look forward to your response.
