Resumption of operations in Shanghai

Does your postal operations in Shanghai now resume? I ordered from Alibaba last March 23, 2020, my order has not arrived yet and their reason is that China Post does operate yet in Shanghai. Please respond ASAP so that I can demand from them if you operate now. Thanks!

Does this route :Shanghai to Philippines of China Post now in operation? My order in Alibaba from Shanghai has not arrived yet since Mar.2020. The supplier( Shanghai East Travel International Ltd.) told me that China Post does not send items from Shanghai to the Phil. yet. Is it true until this time? Hoping for your timely response. Thank you!
China Post operates in Shanghai now. What's the destination country for your package? To some countries, China Post couldn't be reached due to the affect of coronavirus.
