Return of the packet

My parcel has been returned to Beijing international mail exchange seven times. I contacted the seller and he said that probably the packet returned because of the virus

What should I do?

There is few flight to Mexico now. So, it needs to wait. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
