Returned dance shoes parcel stuck in customs for over two months

I returned 4 pairs of dance shoes to Fei Liang Yong, 2nd Floor Building B, No 28 Guan Huang Middle Road, (Dongguan Herui Supply Chain Management Ltd), Gaobu Town, Dongguan, China 523275 because their sizing was wrong and they didn't fit. I used Royal Mail International Track & Signature and sent them on 25th June 2021 - Tracking Number RN772823840GB. The tracking is shows Impurt Customs keeps it for inspection Guangzhou since 8th July 2021 (that is over two months and i am still waiting for my refund from the company). How much longer will customers keep it before returning it to the company so i can get my refund?

How have I to do this ? And which company have I to use in Belgium to send a package to Dongguan in China ??

Hi Roland,
You need to send it through your local postal service. It will be handed over to China Post to deliver it when it arrives in China.

I returned some goods only to receive them 6 months later.. in essence I paid to send the revolting stuff back to myself. Absolute con!!!

The exact same thing happened to me. It was expensive to mail back to China July 2022and the Parcel returned to me unopened two weeks ago.
It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
