Hi,
My packager has been stuck in customs for almost 3 months. The tracking number is EA351117298HK
I was last informed that the parcel has been sent for sanitisation but that was 2 months ago. May I know what do I have to do to get the parcel moving?

It's waiting for the receiver in China to pay the tax to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check and pay.
