Returned to sender 7 months later?

My tracking number is EV930918799CN, after being unable to get my parcel released from customs, they tell me they will return to sender. After 7 months status is updated few days ago and most recent says "return to the proper cast". Does this mean it was sent back to China? Has it arrived? My seller told me he would let me know if he received but I heard nothing. Thanks

Hi Chris,

It was returned back to China and seller has received it on March 15. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
