I would like to know what is happening with my parcel as the information about it has been the same since 31st of May. There have been updates but since then it has always been the same 'International Dispatch' so I would like to know if it is stucked somewhere.

It didn't pass the check for many times and delayed. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Portugal after it was delivered by airline.
