2 of my parcels are not tracked. there has been no update regarding one for almost 20 days, the second parcel should have been delivered on April 1 and there is still no information

Hi Ivan,

If you couldn't get them for over two months, they may be lost. Please contact the sender directly to request the refund/reshipment in time. The seller will initiate a claim to investigate this lost issue with China courier. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
