Lost parcels

Hello, 2 of my parcels have been failed to deliver, and it's already 2 months since born of them have been sent back by China Post. By latest information parcels are still in Shanghai- what happened to them? Tracking Numbers are RR508020645lv and RS082380651lv. If these parcels still in Shanghai any way I could get them back?

They are planed to returned back to you by China Post. But they are still in Shanghai now. You'd better contact China Post by calling +86 10 11185 (then 8 button for English service) to ask why it's too slow.

The order shipped from AliExpress is delivered but has never arrived. AliExpress requires the certificate of loss, but I don't know who to ask for it and if I don't have it, they won't refund me.
