Hello, I would like to request help checking the status of my two parcels.
Tracking numbers:
CP556342818CN
CP553952112CN
Both parcels were shipped with China Post SAL and have been in transit with no clear update for a long time. I understand that international shipping can have delays, especially to Brazil, but I need more detailed information because these parcels are important and I need them before June 20-23.
Please check with the carrier if possible and confirm:
1. Have the parcels already left China?
2. Are they still waiting for a flight?
3. Are they stuck at export customs?
4. Is there any issue with the parcels?
5. Is there any estimated time for the next update?
I am not asking for a guaranteed delivery date, I just need a clearer status update because I am worried about the long delay.

Could you please check if there is any possible solution to help my parcels leave China and be sent to Brazil by this Friday?
If possible, please contact the carrier, request an update, open an inquiry, or ask if the parcels can be prioritized in the flight queue.

They were sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for them. You couldn't get update now. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive them in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
