It's not delivered by USPS. Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 4:21 pm on August 1, 2020 in NAPERVILLE, IL 60540. If it's not your address, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

I ordered a Raised Bed online and paid for it.
I received an email saying that product was delivered.
I never received the product.
I went to the post office and they said that ORDER # 230421043208893 tracking # AG069083234CN has not been delivered by them.
They said that the item was too large for them to handle and that Ups or Fedex would be a better choice.
They also said that tracking # AG069083234CN was an international tracking number.
Please help me.
