Says Package departed from customs of destination country 14 days ago

My package tracking # TYPH0055047009 says it departed customs at destination country on 8/9/21. 14 days ago. Can I please get an explanation as to where it is and what company is Shipping it now that it's in the states.

Hi Andrea Jacka,

It's sent by Wishpost in China. You need to contact the seller to ask which courier is in charge of delivering it to you when it's in the US.
