Second and Final Notice – Unanswered Complaint Regarding Parcel CP401674027CN

Dear China Post,
This is a second and final follow-up regarding my previous email (see below), to which you have failed to respond. Your complete lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor service.
Once again, I am requesting clarification and resolution regarding tracking number CP401674027CN. Your records continue to show contradictory and false information—first claiming that the parcel was lost, and then that it was delivered to Egypt on June 30. This is factually impossible. The Egyptian Post has officially confirmed that no such delivery ever occurred.
At this point, I must assume that either gross negligence or deliberate misinformation has taken place. I demand an immediate, detailed investigation report into the handling and movement of this parcel, with verified tracking data and a clear explanation of the inconsistencies.
If China Post is unable to locate the parcel, you are obligated to provide full compensation without further delay. Continued silence or failure to act will leave me no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant postal authorities, consumer protection agencies, and international regulatory bodies overseeing postal operations.
This issue has already been pending far too long. I expect a formal, written response within 48 hours.
Sincerely,
Ahmed Hegazy

If you couldn't receive it, you need to contact seller for refund. China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. So if the parcel is lost or stuck for a long time, China Post will compensate the money to shipper not receiver. If you can not get the goods in time, you have the right to get your money back from seller.
