It arrived in Santiago on October 17. It should be stuck in Chile due to some reason. You'd better contact China Post directly by calling 11185 to reflect the problem and get a solution if it couldn't be delivered in time.

Good day officer,
I have a question regarding my parcel with tracking code : RF459365735CN
It's been 2 weeks that my parcel has been "leaving" Guangzhou TAC Terminal.
Latest update was on december 11th, and no update since then, I don't know where my parcel is.. could you help me track it?
I have the right to know whether the parcel is in transit or lost.
I had parcel cost more than this one, and even being sent / leave the TAC after this parcel. They arrived safely last week.
I tried to call your office but answer.
Please kindly help me, thank you in advance.
