what does this mean and how do i resolve it?

I was wondering if you could tell me the status of my package? It has been stuck on “ Origin Post is Preparing Shipment -> We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.” for since 11/30/21. There has been no update of it since then.

Someone can help me with the number CY006649227CN, on several occasions it has been returned and even marks security problems...
I made another purchase after this one and that package has arrived, it still can't even leave China...
