Seller says the package has not arrived

Hi,
I sent out my return package towards the end of September and I have confirmation that it was delivered on the 20th October. But I contacted the seller on the 25th about it and they said that “friend now it is delived in china
but still need some days we can receive it
because china is very large
once i get it i will must let you know at the first time
please dont worried it“
Now it’s almost 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from them, I’m going to reach out again but I want to check with you.

Hi rm94,

The seller has got it. It has been signed by the seller. You'd better contact the receiver in China again to confirm.
